Clinical application effect of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in early diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis staging

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(Gd-EOB-DTPA)enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in early diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis staging.Methods The clinical datas of 130 patients with hepatic fibrosis who received Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI in the radiology department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,118 patients had histopathological data.Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI was used to measure the volume ratio of left and right liver lobes(L/R LVR),and the area under receiver operating characteristic(AUROC)of L/R LVR in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis was evaluated.Results There was a positive correlation between L/R LVR and the stage of liver fibrosis(r=0.739,P=0.000),that is,the larger the L/R LVR,the later the stage of liver fibrosis.L/R LVR had certain advantages in staging diagnosis of liver fibrosis[AUROC=0.868,95%CI(0.802-0.934)].Conclusion The L/R LVR measured by Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI has certain value for the early diagnosis of liver fibrosis stage.
