孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及其对患者炎性因子水平、肺功能、免疫功能的影响

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及其对患者炎性因子水平、肺功能、免疫功能的影响。方法将150例支气管哮喘患者根据治疗方法分为对照组和试验组,各75例。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,试验组在对照组的基础上再联合孟鲁司特钠片进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、炎症因子水平、免疫功能、肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-5、IgE水平均低于治疗前,IgA和IgG水平、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效显著,可以有效降低机体的炎症因子水平,改善肺功能和免疫功能,同时不会增加不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influences on inflammatory factor level,lung function and immune function of patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influences on inflammatory factor level,lung function and immune function of patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and experimental group according to the treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,inflammatory factor level,immune function,lung function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-5 and IgE of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG,PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC were higher than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma has significant clinical effect,it can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve lung function and immune function,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
