摘    要:目的:通过对1例宫颈癌放化疗后多发转移伴房颤患者免疫治疗联合放疗致肺炎的分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾患者治疗史及用药史,分析患者肺炎发生的原因,并对其治疗进行用药监护。结果:胺碘酮、免疫治疗、放疗等因素都会对肺部炎症产生影响,但考虑免疫相关性肺炎的致死性,首先考虑患者为免疫相关性肺炎。结论:临床药师在临床中要关注宫颈癌放化疗后多发转移伴房颤患者免疫治疗联合放疗中并发肺炎的不良反应,加强药学监护,提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the pneumonitis caused by immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy in a case of cervical cancer with multiple metastasis and atrial fibrillation after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:By reviewing the history of treatment and medication,the possible causes of pneumonitis was analyzed,and pharmaceutical care was conducted for the treatment of pneumonitis.Results:Amiodarone,immunotherapy,radiotherapy and other factors all probably had an impact on the pneumonia of the patient,but checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis was firstly considered because of it's lethal risk.Conclusion:Clinnical pharmacists should follow the adverse reaction of immune checkpoint blockers and strengthen pharmaceutical care to improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
