Preventive effects of predictive nursing intervention based on medical and nursing integration on leakage injury and phlebitis caused by hypertonic drugs in internal medicine-cardiovascular department

Objective To explore the preventive effects of predictive nursing intervention based on medical and nursing integration on leakage injury and phlebitis caused by hypertonic drugs in internal medicine-cardiovascular department.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,110 patients who used hypertonic drugs admitted in internal medicine-cardiovascular department were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention based on medical and nursing integration on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of leakage injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the medical-nursing cooperation and nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention based on medical and nursing integration can improve the prevention effects of leakage injury and phlebitis of patients using hypertonic drugs in internal medicine-cardiovascular department,and the cooperation of medical and nursing and the quality of nursing,which is worth popularizing.
