近10年中药溻渍法临床研究的文献计量学分析

目的:对近10年中药溻渍法相关临床研究进行分析,为中药溻渍法未来的发展与临床研究提供思路。方法:检索2009年5月至2019年5月中英文数据库中关于中药溻渍法的临床研究,对文献发表的数量、时间分布、基金资助、发文机构、疾病分布、干预措施、结局指标、随访、安全性、中药溻渍法作用机制与优势进行统计和分析。结果:共纳入1462篇文献,基金论文比例较低;2014年后5年与前5年对比文献数量基本持平,基金论文比例稍有增长;发文机构以中医药大学及附属医院为主,发文最多的机构是广州中医药大学,治疗疾病以血管外科、疮疡科、皮肤科、康复科、骨科为多;单独应用比例较低,更多与中药内服、标准治疗、针灸等联合应用;结局指标以临床有效率、治疗时间、治疗费用、生活质量为主;有9篇文献报告了随访,无严重不良反应报告,少量文献报告了皮肤红肿、疼痛、过敏等症状;作用机制主要为改善局部血液供应,改善微循环灌注,减轻局部炎症反应;优势有疗效确切、安全性高、费用少、简单易学、患者接受度高等。结论:中药溻渍法治疗优势明显,适应症广泛,发展潜力巨大,但目前重视程度不足、临床操作混乱、研究设计不够严谨等问题阻碍了中药溻渍法的发展,应尽快完成中药溻渍法的标准化研究,以期更好地应用于临床。

Bibliometric Analysis on The Clinical Research of Chinese External Medicinal Liquid Application in Recent 10 Years

Objective: To analyze the clinical research related to Chinese external medicinal liquid application in the past ten years, and provide ideas for the future development and clinical research of Chinese external medicinal liquid application. Methods: Search the Chinese and English databases from May 2009 to May 2019 about the clinical study of Chinese external medicinal liquid application. The number of published documents, time distribution, fund support, publishing institutions, disease distribution, intervention measures, outcome indicators, follow-up, safety, clinical effect and advantages of Chinese external medicinal liquid application were analyzed.Results: A total of 1462 papers were included, and the proportion of fund papers was relatively low;the number of comparative papers in the last five years of 2014 was basically the same as that in the first five years, with a slight increase in the proportion of fund papers;the main publishing institutions were the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals, and the most publishing institutions were Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;treatment of diseases in vascular surgery, sores, dermatology, rehabilitation, orthopedics were the most commonly seen;the application rate of Chinese external medicinal liquid application alone was low, more combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral administration, standard treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion;the outcome indicators were mainly clinical efficiency, treatment time, treatment cost and quality of life;there were 9 literature reports of follow-up;there were no serious adverse reactions. A small number of literatures reported the symptoms of skin redness, swelling, pain, allergy and so on. The main mechanism of Chinese external medicinal liquid application is to improve the local blood supply, improve microcirculation perfusion, reduce local inflammatory reaction;the advantages are exact curative effect, high safety, low cost, easy to learn, high acceptance of patients.Conclusion: There are many advantages, wide indications and great potential for development of Chinese external medicinal liquid application. However, at present, insufficient attention is paid to Chinese external medicinal liquid application, confusion of clinical operation and inadequate rigorous research design hinder the development of Chinese external medicinal liquid application. We should complete the standardization of Chinese external medicinal liquid application as soon as possible, pay more attention to it and improve the quality of research.
