循证医学用于膀胱癌灌注化疗患者护理的效果观察

目的探讨循证医学用于膀胱癌灌注化疗患者护理的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月至2019年10月间山东省立第三医院收治的60例膀胱癌灌注化疗患者,采用双盲选法抽签分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用循证医学护理,比较两组患者总体健康状况得分、各功能评分及功能子量表得分。结果干预前,两组患者功能量表、总体健康状况量表及症状量表得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。干预后,两组患者功能量表、总体健康状况量表及症状量表得分均改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者采用循证医学护理干预模式,能改善患者的健康状况,促使各项功能得以提升,值得临床借鉴及使用。

Efficacy of evidence-based nursing in patients with bladder cancer receiving perfusion chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of evidence-based nursing in patients with bladder cancer receiving perfusion chemotherapy. Methods From October 2015 to October 2019,60 patients with bladder cancer receiving perfusion chemotherapy were selected and were categorized into an observation group and a control group with 30 patients in each group using double-blind selection. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing and the control group was given conventional nursing. The overall health status,functional scores and functional subscale scores were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the overall health status scores,functional scores,functional subscale scores and symptom scores between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After the intervention,the overall health status scores,functional subscale score and symptom score were improved significantly,and the improvement in the observation group was better than in the control group( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion For patients with bladder cancer,evidence-based nursing can improve the patient’s health and promote various functions,which is worthy of clinical reference and use.
