CICARE沟通模式在无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用效果

目的探讨CICARE沟通模式在无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法将在我院接受无痛胃镜检查的122例患者按照接受检查的时间顺序和ABAB分组法分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组采用常规护理和传统健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用CICARE沟通模式。比较两组对护理工作的满意度、心理状态、接受再检意愿、检查用时、不良反应发生情况和检查配合情况。结果观察组患者对护理技能、护理态度、健康教育、沟通交流、护理舒适度的满意度评分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SAS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受再检意愿的患者占比高于对照组,检查用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组配合良好患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通模式可有效缓解无痛胃镜检查者的不良情绪,缩短操作用时,提高对护理工作的满意度,在临床实践中值得借鉴。

Application effect of CICARE communication mode in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy

Objective To explore the application effect of CICARE communication mode in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the examination time sequence and ABAB grouping method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and traditional health education,and the observation group was given CICARE communication mode on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction of nursing work,psychological state,willingness to accept re-examination,examination time,occurrence of adverse reactions and examination cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of the patients on nursing skills,nursing attitude,health education,communication,comfort degree of nursing and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the proportion of patients willing to accept re-examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the examination time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with good cooperation in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CICARE communication mode can effectively relieve the negative mood of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy,shorten the operation time,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work,which is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
