秦皮滴眼液联合睑板腺挤压器治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的临床效果

目的探讨秦皮滴眼液联合睑板腺挤压器治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的临床效果。方法选取120例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者为试验对象,采用单双号随机化法将其分为观察组(60例,秦皮滴眼液+睑板腺挤压器)和对照组(60例,睑板腺挤压器)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后30 d,观察组的临床症状积分、OSDI、FL、睑板腺分泌物质量、睑板腺分泌能力评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后30 d,观察组的SⅠt、BUT、泪膜厚度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论秦皮滴眼液联合睑板腺挤压器治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的临床效果显著。

Clinical effect of Qinpi eye drops combined with meibomian gland squeezer in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinpi eye drops combined with meibomian gland squeezer in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.Methods A total of 120 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye were selected as the experimental objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(60 cases,Qinpi eye drops+meibomian gland squeezer)and control group(60 cases,meibomian gland squeezer)by randomization method of odd and even numbers.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Thirty days after treatment,the scores of clinical symptom,OSDI,FL,meibomian gland secretion quality and meibomian gland secretion ability of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Thirty days after treatment,the SⅠt,BUT and tear film thickness of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinpi eye drops combined with meibomian gland squeezer in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye has a significant clinical effect.
