Effects of arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty on knee joint function and traumatic stress response in patients with tibial plateau fractures

Objective To explore the effects of arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty on knee joint function and traumatic stress response in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 76 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the Lysholm and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).One day after operation,the levels of NE,Cor and AngⅡof the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures is helpful to shorten the operation time,promote postoperative recovery,ameliorate knee joint function,improve activities of daily living,and reduce traumatic stress reaction.
