布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效及其安全性

目的探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取修水县杭口镇卫生院2017—2019年收治的支气管炎患儿60例,采用随机综合序贯法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组采用布地奈德与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、IgE、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS),并比较2组气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、湿啰音消失时间和住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组ECP、IgE、EOS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组ECP、EOS低于对照组,IgE高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效确切,可减轻炎性反应,增强患儿免疫功能,缩短患儿症状消失时间,促进患儿早日康复出院,安全性较高。

Clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchitis.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with bronchitis were selected from 2017 to 2019 in Hangkou Township Health Center of Xiushui County,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random synthesis sequential method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and eosinophil(EOS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The disappearance time of shortness of breath,cough,moist rales,hospital stay and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ECP,IgE and EOS between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,ECP and EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while IgE was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of shortness of breath,cough and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchitis has definite clinical effect,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction,enhance the immune function of children,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,promote the early recovery and discharge of children,and with high safety.
