| 摘 要： | 目的 分析黄芪注射液治疗儿童肾病综合征的疗效。方法 将 40例肾病综合征患儿随机分为治疗组 2 5例、对照组 15例 ,分别采用强的松加黄芪注射液及强的松治疗。结果治疗组治疗后临床症状及血液生化指标等明显优于对照组 ,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论 黄芪注射液治疗儿童肾病综合征有明显效果 ,值得临床常规应用

| Abstract: | Objective It is to analysis the clinical effect of astragalus injection on children nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods Forty children with NS were randomly divided into two group, 25 patients in treatment group were treated with astragalus injection and 15 patients in control group were treated with cortisone. Results Clinical symptoms and blood biochemical indices of treatment group were better than those of control group and the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Astragalus injection is obviously effective on children NS and worthy of clinical application in children NS patients. |
