摘 要: | 目的:建立白芍药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Diamonsil(钻石)C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(A)和0.05%磷酸水溶液(B);梯度洗脱;检测波长为220 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1 ml/min,柱温25℃,进样量10μl,洗脱时间为50 min。结果:12批药材共标定了13个共有峰。结论:利用白芍HPLC指纹图谱分析方法较全面地反映白芍药材的内在质量,可用于白芍药材的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective: To determine the fingerprint of Paeonia by HPLC. Methods: The sample was separated on Diamonsil C18, with CH3CN- 0.05% H3PO4 - H2O solution by gradient elution, UV detection wavelength was at 220 nm; Column temperature was at 30℃, the flow fat was 1 ml/min, the elution time for 50 min. Results: 13 common peaks in the HPLC profile were fond in Paeonia in different growing areas. Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint can be used to control the quality of Paeonia. |
