盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊溶出度测定方法研究

摘    要:目的建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊溶出度的方法。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版二部附录溶出度测定法中第一法,以蒸馏水900mL为溶剂,转速100r·min-1,30min采样,依法在525nm波长处测定吸光度。结果盐酸氨基葡萄糖质量浓度在6.3231.60μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an ultraviolet spectrometric method(UV)for the determination of dissolution of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules.Methods ApparatusⅠdissolution test method of ChP 2010 edition Vol.Ⅱwas used.The dissolution me-dium was distilled water 900 mL,and the rotation speed was 100 r·min-1 .After 30 min the dissolution solution was taken and an-alyzed by UV at the wavelength of 525 nm.Results The linear relationship was in the range of 6.32-31.60 μg · mL-1 (r=0.999 9,n=9),and the average recovery was 100.6%(RSD=1.8%).Conclusion The method was convenient,rapid and ac-curate.It can be used for the quality control.
