| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定余甘降脂片中没食子酸的含量。方法样品用体积分数50%甲醇超声提取。色谱柱为Agilent C18,流动相为甲醇-0.2mL·L-1磷酸溶液(5∶95),流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长273nm。结果没食子酸在0.171.70μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.1%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于余甘降脂片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Yuganjiangzhi Tablets.Method The sam-ples were extracted by ultrasounding with 50% methanol.HPLC analysis was carried out on Agilent C18 column and the mixture of methanol-0.2 mL·L-1 phosphoric acid solution（5∶95）was used as the mobile phase,with the detection wavelength at 273 nm, and the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1 .Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.17-1.70μg,and the average re-covery was 99.9% with RSD 1.1%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and specific.It could be used for the quantita-tive determination of gallic acid in Yuganjiangzhi Tablets. |
