摘    要:目的建立食用植物油中正己烷、环己烷残留量的含量测定方法。方法样品用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后,利用气相色谱法,顶空进样对样品进行测试。结果正己烷质量浓度(X)在5.260157.8mg·L-1范围内与峰面积积分值(Y)回归线性方程:Y=0.412 2 X+1.294 8,r=0.999 8,线性关系良好;环己烷质量浓度(X)在4.218157.8mg·L-1范围内与峰面积积分值(Y)回归线性方程:Y=0.412 2 X+1.294 8,r=0.999 8,线性关系良好;环己烷质量浓度(X)在4.218126.5mg·L-1的范围内,与峰面积积分值(Y)回归线性方程:Y=0.257 5 X+0.857 3,r=0.999 8,线性关系良好;平均回收率正己烷为99.0%,RSD为0.6%;环己烷为98.8%,RSD为0.8%。结论该方法准确、可靠、简便,可用于测定食用植物油中正己烷和环己烷残留量的检测。

Abstract:Abstract: Obj ective To establish a method for detecting hexane and cyclohexane residual in vegetable oils.Methods The samples were dissolved in dimethyl formamide,and were tested by headspace GC.Results The linear range of hexane was 5.260-157.8 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8);The average recovery was 99.0% with RSD 0.6%(n=6).The linear range of cyclohexane was 4.218-126.5 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8);The average recovery was 98.8% with RSD 0.8%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate,re-liable and simple,and it could be used for the determination of hexane and cyclohexane residual in vegetable oils.
