| Abstract: | A case of an unusually large cystic renal cell carcinoma demonstrated on plain film, CT, and magnetic resonance (MR) is presented. Though the origin of huge abdominal tumors can be difficult to determine, the CT and MR findings were able to correctly diagnose the mass as a malignant cystic kidney tumor. |
