| 摘 要： | 目的对时辰药理学与临床合理用药的关系，择时用药的指导意义进行阐述。方法总结回顾时辰药理学与临床合理用药的内在关系、基本概念、变化规律等。结果依照人体生物节律的规律，科学、合理地选择用药时间，提高疗效并最大限度地减少药品不良反应。结论将时辰药理学方法运用于临床治疗，通过选择最佳用药时间，而达到增加药物疗效和耐受性的目的。
