摘    要:目的通过对肺结核患者实施健康教育,观察其改善心理反应的效果。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表,对96例肺结核患者健康教育前后的心理状况分别进行调查,并与国内常模比较。结果入院时肺结核患者SCL-90的总均分,阳性项目,阳性症状总均分在入院时均高于常模,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子均高于常模(P<0.01)。健康教育后,各项与常模相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论健康教育可改善肺结核患者的心理反应。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education on the improvement of emotional disorder via performing health education for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 96 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were investigated before and after health education using SCL-90 and then they were compared with national norm. Results The SCL-90 total score, the number of positive items and total average score of positive items at admission were all higher than those by norm and the factors like somatization, compulsion, anxiety and horror were higher that those in norm (P<0.01). After health education, there were no significant differences in the SCL-90 total average score, the number of positive items, positive average, compulsion, anxiety and horror, compared with norm (P>0.05). Conclusion Health education can improve emotional disorders in pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
