消化性溃疡的中医辨证分型研究

目的:通过对临床活动期消化性溃疡患者的各项临床信息进行分析,探讨消化性溃疡的临床辨证分型的规律。方法:选择1995—2007年于本院消化科住院治疗的活动期消化性溃疡患者120例(胃溃疡50例,十二指肠球溃疡70例),对患者的一般情况、症状、临床辨证分型、胃镜结果等进行统计学分析。结果:在活动期消化性溃疡患者中,肝胃郁热型发生率最高占50%,舌质红苔黄发生频率为79%,对于肝胃郁热证型的诊断具有最重要的作用。胃脘灼痛、口干、口苦、泛酸发生的频度亦较高,对于肝胃郁热证型的诊断亦具有指导意义。结论:肝胃郁热是消化性溃疡活动期的主要病机和证型。
