| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨咽喉部软骨样脊索瘤的特点、诊断、治疗以及预后。方法:分析两例咽喉部软骨样脊索瘤患者的临床资料并进行文献回顾。结果:两例分别随访8月和1年均无复发。1例侵及环状软骨,行气管切开术。结论:咽喉部软骨样脊索瘤早期症状不典型,容易误诊和漏诊。彻底切除肿瘤是治疗关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical features and outcome of patients with chondroid chordoma of pharynx and larynx. Methods: Two patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Two cases were followed-up eight months and one year respectively and had no recurrence. Tumor in one patient invaded to cricoid cartilage. So tracheotomy was done to the patient. Conclusion: The symptoms of the chondroid chordoma occurred in pharynx and larynx are not specific. The early diagnosies is usually difficult. Radical surgeries are the key of treatment. |
