多层螺旋CT在急诊眼外伤中的临床应用

目的　探讨多层螺旋CT在急诊眼外伤临床应用中的价值。方法　对 2 0 0 3- 0 8～ 2 0 0 4 - 0 8,共 84例急诊眼外伤患者 ,采用多层螺旋CT扫描。①轴位扫描。②冠状位扫描。必要时加多平面重建及三维重建。结果　CT扫描报告示眼眶骨骨折、眶内软组织损伤 5 8例 ,包括复合性骨折 4例 ;眼球损伤 14例 ,包括眼球内异物 5例 ;复合伤 3例。结论　对于急诊眼外伤多层螺旋CT是影像检查的首选。螺旋CT的轴位扫描及冠状位扫描都是必要的 ,重建技术对于急诊眼外伤的早期临床诊断及治疗具有重要价值。

Clinical application of spiral CT to acute ocular trauma

Objective To study the value of spiral CT in acute ocular trauma Methods From August 2003 and August 2004, spiral CT had been examined 84 patients with acute ocular trauma using transverse and coronal plane scanning Multiplanar reconstructions or a three-dimensional reconstruction had been selected if it was necessary Results There were 41 cases with orbital fracture, 17 cases with orbital soft tissue injury including 4 cases with combined orbital fracture; There were 14 cases with eyeball injury including cases with intraocular foreign body There were 3 cases with combined injury in the eye and in the orbit Conclusion For the patient with acute ocular trauma , spiral CT is the best selection at iconography examination Transverse and coronal plane scanning is necessary Techniques of Spiral CT have an important value for clinical initial diagnosis and treatment [
