癫痫患者剥夺睡眠和常规脑电图98例分析

目的:比较常规和剥夺睡眠脑电图对癫痫患者痫样放电检出率.方法:对98例儿童癫痫患者分别行常规和剥夺睡眠脑电图描记.结果:常规脑电图检查出痫样放电33例,占33.7%,异常65例,异常率占66.3%;剥夺睡眠脑电图检查出痫样放电74例,占75.5%,异常88例,异常率占89.8%,剥夺睡眠脑电图较常规脑电图痫样放电检出率提高了41.8%.痫样放电以非快速眼动睡眠期S1～S2期占优势,为93.2%.二者痫样放电率和脑电图异常率分别进行统计学检验,差异均有显著性,但睡眠痫样放电率与临床癫痫各发作类型间差异无显著性.结论:剥夺睡眠脑电图对癫痫患者的诊断效果优于常规脑电图,在浅睡时行脑电图检查有助于提高痫样放电检出率.

Analysis of electroencephalogram of sleep deprivation and awake epilepsy in 98 cases
