北京市X线诊断受检者医疗照射受照剂量的调查

摘    要:用LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计对北京市75所医院4383例各种X线诊断检查受检者进行体表照射量及其分布的监测;测试医用诊断X线半值层和平均照射条件;开展仿真人体模型模拟照射实验以求得受检者平均体表照射量与器官或组织吸收剂量间的转换系数,推算出受检者的器官剂量和加权剂量当量。为估算X线诊断所致公众剂量负担和改善受检者防护以及正确使用X线诊断提供科学依据。

Abstract:Body surface exposure and its distribution were randomly studied in 4383 patients during X-ray diagnosis in 75 hospitals in Beijing. Based on the results, corresponding organ doses were measured in a human phantom and average organ doses and weighted dose equivalents were calculated, tissueequivalent human phantom and LiF (Mg, Cu, P) thermoluminescent dosimeter being used in this study, these data are suggested to be used for dose evaluation in population as a basis for health protection of patients during X-ray diagnosis.
