| 摘 要： | 目的:建立动物组织中氯硝柳胺的液相色谱-质谱/质谱检测方法。方法:田鼠肝脏组织经匀浆后加入甲醇提取,应用液相色谱-质谱/质谱方法检测氯硝柳胺含量。结果:方法检出限为50 ng/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%(n=7)。样品加标回收率为98.3%~100.3%,平均回收率为98.8%。结论:检测结果表明在投放氯硝柳胺灭螺的地区田鼠体内普遍存在氯硝柳胺残留,应用液相色谱-质谱/质谱方法检测氯硝柳胺含量简单易行,定性、定量准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of niclosamide in animal tissues by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.Methods:The Liver homogenate of field mouse was extracted with methanol,and niclosamide in methanol was determined by LC-MS/MS.Results:The detection limits were 50 ng/kg,and RSD was 1.6%(n=7).The recovery of standard addition was from 98.3% to 100.3%,and the average recovery was 98.8%.Conclusion:After application of niclosamide,the residue of niclosamide in field mouse of this area exists commonly.The established method is simple and practicable,and is quite suitable for identification and quantization of niclosamide. |
