糖尿病创面表皮干细胞增殖分化相关蛋白的研究

摘    要:目的:表皮干细胞(epidermal stemcells,ECMs)是皮肤发生、修复、重塑的关键性因素。研究糖尿病创面中ECMs增殖分化相关蛋白-角蛋白19(keratin19,K19)及β1整合素(β1-integrin)的表达,探讨ECMs在糖尿病创面修复中的作用及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测角蛋白19及β1整合素在各年龄组糖尿病患者创面及正常人全厚皮肤组织中的表达水平。结果:糖尿病患者创面各组角蛋白19及β1整合素的阳性表达分别为81.73±15.31、22.32±5.42,均低于正常人组(P〈0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者创面皮肤组织中ECMs数量少、增殖分化能力差可能是导致糖尿病创面难以修复的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective Epidermal stem cells are the optimizing key factors in processing of skin endermic,repair and remoulding.To investigate the expression of related protein of proliferation of epidermal stem cells-keratin19,β1-integrin in diabetic wound,and discuss epidermal stem cells' role and significance in diabetic wound.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of keratin19 and β1-integrin in different age group of diabetics wound and normal skin tissue.Results The positive rates of keratin19 and β1-integrin in different age group of diabetics'wound were 81.73±15.31,22.32±5.42 and were lower compared with the group of normal skin tissue(P〈0.05).Conclusion The decreased amount and the low proliferation and differentiation capacity of ECMs may be one of the important mechanisms of different recovering diabetic wound.
