复方樟柳碱对外伤性视神经病变的疗效分析

目的探讨复方樟柳碱颞浅动脉旁注射治疗外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法20例(20只眼)外伤性视神经病变患者为治疗组,采用复方樟柳碱2ml患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射或球后注射,每日1次,每疗程14天,3￣4疗程。另20例(20只眼)外伤性视神经病变患者为对照组,使用血管扩张剂,营养视神经的药物,维生素B族药物等45￣60天。全部患者早期同时均给予皮质类固醇和甘露醇。结果治疗组经过治疗后视力开始恢复的时间早于对照组,治疗组的总有效率为80%,对照组的总有效率为60%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,治疗越早效果越好。两组比较具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱颞浅动脉旁皮下注射或球后注射治疗外伤性视神经病变疗效显著,治疗方便,而且是较理想的治疗手段。

Conclusion Compound anisodine used in the treatment of the traumatic optic neuropathy has remarkable effect, and it is convenient and ideal.
