皮试和血特异性IgE检测探讨乳胶过敏

摘    要:为了了解我国乳胶过敏的发病情况 ,以进一步研究其发病机制及危险因素 ,统计分析我院过敏性疾病防治中心 6 5 1例门诊病人常见过敏原皮肤点刺试验 (SPT )结果 ,再按照门诊号随机挑选 6 4例乳胶与粉尘螨同时阳性的患者 ,并以 30例无过敏性疾病及其家族史的正常人作为对照 ,采用ELISA法测定血清中乳胶及粉尘螨特异性IgE。结果显示乳胶SPT的阳性率较高 (37 5 % ) ,特异性IgE阳性率亦较高 (31 2 5 % ) ;在 11种常见变应原中 ,乳胶与粉尘螨合并阳性率最高 ,其次是狗的分泌物、皮屑和真菌 ;单独对乳胶发生过敏的阳性率极低 (1/ 6 5 1) ;乳胶阳性的SPT与临床相关症状 (OR =14 2 6 1)、过敏性疾病家族史 (OR =3 86 8)之间呈显著相关 (P均 <0 0 1) ,但与性别 (OR =1 2 0 5 )、年龄 (OR =1 371)无相关 (P均 >0 0 5 ) ;乳胶与粉尘螨可相互抑制各自的特异性IgE。提示乳胶过敏在我国的发病率较高 ;乳胶与粉尘螨之间存在交叉抗原性

Abstract:In order to study the prevalence of latex allergy in China,retrospective analysis was used to approach the pathogenesis and risk factors of this illness 651 cases in the out patient department were tested with skin prick test (SPT), and the specific IgE to latex and Dermatophagoids farinae were detected by means of ELISA It was found that the positive rate of latex SPT(37 5%) and specific IgE(31 25%) were rather high in patients in comparison with those of the normal controls,of which the positive rate of SPT in patients with allergy to latex and Dermatophagoids farinae appeared to be the highest,next to be the secreta of dogs,skin debris and molds,those allergic to latex alone to be the lowest. Significant correlation existed between latex positive SPT and related clinical symptoms and family history of allergic disorders,but there was no association with sex and age It concludes that the prevalence of latex allergy in China is rather high,in which latex and Dermatophagoids farinae share cross antigenicity
