胎盘植入保守性手术治疗23例分析

目的探讨胎盘植入保守性手术治疗的可行性。方法对我院2005年1月至2009年12月剖宫产术中发现的23例胎盘植入的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 8例楔形切除,6例局部＂8＂字缝扎,9例结扎子宫动脉上行支＋缝扎宫颈组织。所有患者术后予米非司酮150mg口服,无1例发生晚期产后出血。结论应重视选择个体化治疗方案,大多数胎盘植入患者可行植入病灶切除术,保留子宫。

Analysis of 23 Cases with Conservative Operation of Placenta Implantation

Objective To study the feasibility of conservative operation of placenta implantation. Methods Clinical datas of 23 cases with placenta implantation were retrospectively analyzed,which were diagnosed and treated in the caesarean section in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2009. Results Wedge-shaped resection in 8 cases,local ＂8＂ suture in 6 cases,ascending uterine artery ligation ＋ suture cervical tissue in 9 cases. All patients were given mifepristone 150 mg with oral administration after operation,and late postpartum hemorrhage was found in no case. Conclusion The individualized treatment should be focused on. Implantation of lesion resection and preservation of uterus is suitable for most patients with placenta implantation.
