| 摘 要： | 目的 比较舍曲林与帕罗西汀治疗强迫症的疗效及安全性。方法 分别用舍曲林和帕罗西汀治疗强迫症患者各36例，采用Yale—Brown强迫量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果 舍曲林和帕罗西汀疗效相似，差异无显著性，舍曲林起效慢于帕罗西汀，其副反应也少于帕罗西汀。结论 舍曲林治疗强迫症安全有效，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of sertraline and paroxetine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods 72 patients with OCD were randomly assigned into sertraline group and paroxetine group. The efficacy was measured with Yale-Brown and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). The side effects were determined by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy between two groups. The side effects of sertraline were lower than those of paroxetine. Conclusion Sertraline in the treatment of OCD is an effective and safe. |
