| 摘 要： | 目的研究怀孕大鼠接受咪唑安定对其子代学习记忆功能的影响。方法怀孕SD大鼠30只，随机分为咪唑安定组（M组）与对照组（C组），各15只，M组经尾静脉给予咪唑安定并维持2h，C组单次尾静脉给予等诱导剂量的生理盐水；然后分别对其所产子鼠按20日龄、30日龄分组，应用Morris水迷宫实验测试子鼠空间学习记忆功能。结果20日龄、30日龄M组子鼠与C组子鼠的逃避潜伏期组间比较均无显著性差异。结论怀孕大鼠接受眯唑安定对其子代学习记忆功能无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of Midazolam during pregnancy on the learning and memory function of rat offspring. Methods Thirty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into midazolam group（group M）and control group（group C） ,with fifteen rats in each group. The rats in group M received midazolam via tail vein for 2 hours,and the rats in group C received the same volume of physiological saline solution only. The learning and memory functions of the offspring were tested by Morris water maze test at postnatal days 20 and 30,respectively. Results There was no significant difference in escape latency of the offspring between group M and group C. Conclusion Midazolam had no significant effect on the learning and memory function of rat offspring during pregnancy. |
