山丘型血吸虫病流行区沟渠环境地膜覆盖灭螺效果观察

摘    要:目的观察地膜覆盖法在山丘型血吸虫病流行区沟渠环境的灭螺效果。方法选择有螺沟渠作为试验现场,分设施药覆膜组(采用50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂按2 g/m2的剂量喷洒后覆盖地膜)、单纯覆膜组(不施药直接覆盖地膜)和对照组(不采取任何灭螺措施)。于覆膜后7、10、40、60 d和90 d,分别进行灭螺效果调查,并每天测定地膜内外环境温度。结果覆膜后膜内温度显著高于膜外(t=4.12,P〈0.01);覆膜7 d后施药覆膜组和单纯覆膜组的活螺密度较实验前分别下降99.01%和67.71%,10 d后分别下降96.58%和93.06%,40 d后均可达100%。多因素回归模型显示,施药覆膜、延长覆膜时间、提高膜内累积温度等均能有效提高灭螺效果。结论地膜覆盖法具有较好的灭螺效果,短时期施药加覆膜作用强于单纯地膜覆盖,随着覆膜时间增加,单纯地膜覆盖同样具有理想的灭螺效果。
