丹东国境口岸朝鲜劳务人群肺结核监测分析

目的 防止活动性肺结核在国际间的传播,为丹东地方经济发展提供安全卫生口岸环境.方法 对2012-2014年朝鲜来丹东劳务人员进行临床体检、流行病学调查等方法确定的肺结核患者,并对调查结果进行统计学分析.进行胸部X线检查,并运用BACTEC MGITTM 960系统对胸部X线异常者进行痰涂片和痰培养检查.结果 丹东国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检的朝鲜劳务人员共9 500人,共检出肺结核患者33例,其中男性11例,女性22例,检出率为0.35％.结论 朝鲜劳务人员肺结核流行情况严重,应加大丹东地区肺结核病防治工作力度,并采取相应措施加强朝鲜劳务人员肺结核的监测和口岸肺结核监管.

Analysis of tuberculosis surveillance among North Korean labor population in Dandong frontier port

Objective This article intends to prevent the international spread of active pulmonary tuberculosis and provide a safe and sanitary environment for the local economic development of Dandong port. Methods Clinical examination, epidemiological investigation and other methods are carried out to determine pulmonary tuberculosis patients among North Korea to Dandong labor service population from 2012 to 2014, and the results of investigation are statistically analyzed. Chest X - ray examinations are carried out and BACTEC MGITFM 960 system for sputum smear and culture examination of chest X - ray abnormality are used. Results A total of 9500 Korean labor serv- ice personnel are examinated at Dandong international travel health care center. 33 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis are identified, including 11 male cases and 22 female cases. The positive rate is 0.35 %. Conclusion Tuberculo- sis epidemic situation is serious among the Korean labor personnel. Efforts should be taken to control tuberculosis in Dandong area, and corresponding measures should be taken to strengthen monitoring and supervision of pulmonary tuberculosis among labor service personnel at the port of North Korean.
