一起入境船舶携带输入性蝇蛹并羽化出成蝇的案例分析

目的 调查分析一艘入境船舶携带输入性蝇蛹侵害情况及原因.方法 对来自印度尼西亚塞布库港（Sebuku）的入境船舶巴拿马籍“丽江”轮（M.V.MARITIME LIJIANG）上携带的输入性蝇蛹侵害的情况进行调查,将采集的蝇蛹标本带回实验室进行30℃恒温培养9天,羽化获得成虫并进行种类鉴定.结果 20粒虫蛹标本经恒温培养羽化获得成虫12只,鉴定为家蝇（Musca domesticaLinnaeus,1758）.结论 应加大对国际航行船舶蝇类孳生的监督检查力度,加强船舶垃圾无害化处理,进而更加有效防止输入性医学媒介生物通过入出境船舶携带幼虫、虫蛹、卵等方式传入扩散,切实维护口岸卫生安全.

Case analysis of introduced fly pupas and their eclosion imagoes carried on an entry ship

Objective The invasion conditions and reasons of introduced fly pupa on an entry ship are investigated and analyzed. Methods The introduced fly pupa carried by the entry ship named as ＂M. V. Maritime Lijiang＂, with Panamanian flag, come from Sebuku Port of Indonisia, are investigated and the specimen collected are fostered in a thermostat with 30 ℃ for 9 days in lab. The eclosion imagoes are identified. Results Total 12 imagoes e- merge from fostered 20 pupas and are identified as Musca domestica Linnaeus （1758）. Conclusion The quaran- tine inspection against fly breeding on the ships should be enhanced and the innocuous management of ships＂ gar- bage should be reinforced in order to effectively control the invasions of introduced medical vectors through the pat- terns like larvaes, pupas and eggs carried by the international ships.
