浅析腰背痛 CT MRI 表现的多样性

腰背痛是临床上的常见病、多发病，近年来对腰背痛患者 CT 及 MRI 影像的研究显示：椎旁肌肉萎缩、腰背部筋膜水肿、椎间盘病变、椎小关节病变、胸椎小关节紊乱等均可引起腰背痛。 CT 为轴位断层图像，组织结构影像重叠少，图像密度分辨率高，对病灶显示较 X 线平片好，MRI 对软组织病变显示较 CT 优越。因此，在临床中需根据患者的具体情况，选择不同的影像学检查方法，了解导致患者腰背痛的原因，为治疗提供参考。

Diversity analysis of CT MRI performance of low back pain

Low back pain is a common disease,frequently occurring disease in clinical.In recent years,some medicine research low back pain on CT and MRI,the image:atrophy,lumbodorsal fascia paraspinal muscle edema,intervertebral disc lesions,facet joint disease,thoracic vertebra small joint disorder can cause back pain. CT image is axis tomographic images,the organizational structure of image overlap less density,high resolution image,visualization of the lesion compared with X-ray plain film. MRI of soft tissue lesions show superior to CT. Therefore,in clinical,we need accord to the specific condition of patients, then we can choice different imaging methods to find the causes of patients with low back pain and provide a reference for the treatment.
