异丙酚联合芬太尼在妇产科门诊无痛手术的应用体会

目的：观察异丙酚联合芬太尼在妇产科门诊无痛手术中的应用效果。方法选择2013年3月—2015年11月期间在我院接受妇产科门诊无痛手术患者102例作为研究对象，随机划入观察组和对照组，其中观察组51例，对照组51例，分别接受异丙酚联合芬太尼镇痛麻醉和单纯异丙酚镇痛麻醉，比较2组患者的麻醉时间、术后苏醒时间、出室时间、异丙酚用量。结果观察组患者平均麻醉时间、术后苏醒时间、出室时间均比对照组短，异丙酚用量比对照组少，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论异丙酚联合芬太尼在妇产科门诊无痛手术中的应用效果显著，值得临床应用和推广。

Propofol and Fentanyl painless surgery in obstetrics and gynecology clinic application of the experience

Objective to observe the propofol and fentanyl in painless surgery of obstetrics and gynecology clinic application effect. Methods choose 2013-in November 2015 in our hospital during March 102 cases in patients undergoing painless surgery of obstetrics and gynecology clinic as the research object,randomly into observation group and control group,51 cases of observation group and control group in 51 cases,respectively accept anesthesia of propofol combined fentanyl analgesia and pure propofol anesthesia analgesic,compared two groups of patients anesthesia time, postoperative revive time,out of the room,the dosage of propofol anesthesia and adverse reactions of cases. Results the observation group of patients,on average,anesthesia time,the awakening time,out of the room are shorter than the control group,propofol dosage is less than the control group,difference was statistically significant between groups,(χ2=4.319, P<0.05).Conclusion propofol and fentanyl painless surgery in obstetrics and gynecology clinic application of effect is significant,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
