摘    要:目的:探讨中药汤剂对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的临床影响。方法选取我院收治的恶性肿瘤患者120例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为4组各30例,观察各组患者的治疗情况,进行临床对照分析。结果4组患者治疗后 CD4+水平同治疗前对比差异显著(P<0.05),且免疫组、中药组、联合组 CD4+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组、联合组、免疫组治疗后 CD8+水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),免疫组、中药组、联合组治疗后 CD8+水平与治疗前对比差异显著(P<0.05)。4组患者治疗后 CD4+/CD8+水平与治疗前对比差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后其余3组 CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的改善效果显著,值得推广。

The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on cellular immunity of patients with malignant tumor
Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on cellular immunity of patients with malignant tumor.Methods 120 cases of malignant tumor patients in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the treatment method,30 cases were divided into four groups,the treatment of the four groups were observed,and the clinical control analysis was carried out.Results The four groups of patients after treatment CD4+level of the same treatment before the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the immune group,Chinese medicine group,combined group CD4+levels were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of CD8+in Chinese medicine group,combined group and immune group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05),Immune group,traditional Chinese medicine group,the combination group after treatment,CD8 level and treatment before the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the four groups of patients with CD4+/CD8+level before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05),the rest of the three groups after the treatment of CD4+/CD8+ levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To improve the effect of Chinese herbal decoction on cellular immunity of patients with malignant tumor is significant,worthy of promotion.
