三联疗法+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌性消化溃疡疗效观察

目的：探讨三联疗法+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）性消化溃疡的临床疗效。方法将77例患者分为观察组（39例，给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊+三联疗法）和对照组（38例，给予三联疗法），观察2组疗效。结果观察组 Hp 根治率87.2%，明显高于对照组的63.2%（P<0.05）。观察组治愈率66.7%，明显高于对照组的39.4%（P<0.05）。2组均随访半年，观察组复发率5.9%，低于对照组的16.7%。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合三联疗法治疗 Hp 感染性消化溃疡，Hp 根治率高，疗效好，复发率低，值得临床应用推广。

The effect of triple viable capsules on the triple therapy of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To investigate the effect of triple viable capsules on the triple therapy of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection. Methods 77 case of patients were divided into observed group(39 cases,given triple viable capsules+ triple therapy)and the control group (38 cases,given triple therapy),and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The radical rate of Hp in the observation group was 87.2%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(63.2%)(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group(66.7%)was higher than that of the control group (39.4%)(P<0.05).Two groups were followed up for six months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.9%,which was lower than that of the control group (16.7%).Conclusion The combination of triple viable capsules and triple therapy in the treatment of Hp infected peptic ulcer,Hp radical rate is high with good curative effect and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
