ANA 抗 ds-DNA 抗体及抗 ENA 抗体联合检测在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨 ANA、抗 ds-DNA 抗体及抗 ENA 抗体联合检测在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月—7月收治的213例确诊为自身免疫性疾病患者的临床资料，并选取同期来我院进行健康体检的72例健康体检者为对照组，所有患者均行 ANA、抗 ds-DNA 抗体及抗 ENA 抗体检测，分析其检测结果。结果 AID 患者中 ANA、抗 ds-DNA 抗体及抗 ENA 抗体检测均有不同程度阳性率，对照组健康体检者上述抗体检测均为阴性。结论 ANA、抗 ds-DNA 抗体及抗 ENA 抗体联合检测能有效提高自身免疫性疾病阳性检出率，对疾病的诊断、鉴别、治疗及预后有重要的临床意义。

Application Value of ANA,Anti-ds-DNA Combined Anti-ENA antibody in the diagnosis of AID

Objective To explore the application value of ANA,anti-ds-DNA combined anti-ENA antibody in the diagnosis of AID. Methods The clinical data of 213 cases with AID from Jan.2016 to Jul.2016 were analyzed.72 physical examination personnels in our hospital were selected as control group. All the cases were taken ANA, anti-ds-DNA and anti-ENA antibody test and analyzed the results. Results In AID patients, there was a varying degree of positive rate of ANA, ds-DNA and ENA. The results was totally negative among patients in control group. Conclusion Taken ANA, anti-ds-DNA and anti-ENA antibody test for AID patients can effectively improve the positive detection rate and it also had significant effect for diagnosed, identified, treatment and prognosis.
