大鼠中缝背核至尾壳核的SOM能投射——HRP法与PAP法的联合研究

摘    要:采用HRP逆行追踪与免疫细胞化学相结合的方法对大鼠中缝背核至尾壳核的SOM能纤维投射进行了研究。结果显示,将HRP注射至尾壳核,并用HRP_PAP法联合应用技术后,在大鼠中缝背核内均可见到明显的双重染色胞体,即HRP_SOM双标记核周体,其分布具有一定的局部定位关系。这类细胞主要位于中缝背核尾侧部,且缝际区多于外侧区。表明中缝背核至尾壳核的投射,含有生长抑素样纤维。此外,在该核内还可见到数量不等的HRP和SOM能单标记细胞,它们散布在双标记细胞之间。上述结果表明,大鼠尾壳核接受中缝背核的传入投射,该投射纤维呈现SOM样免疫反应。

Abstract:The projections from the dorsal raphe(DR) to the caudata-putamen(CPU) and their chemical nature has been studied with the combined method of HRP and immunocytochemistry. The results show that there were a number of HRP_SOM double_labeled neurons in the DR, following injections of HRP into the CPU, and reactions by HRP and PAP were performed subsequently. The double_labeled cell bodies varied in size and shape and had only a few or several processes. The cytoplasm was stained brown in which there were some dark particles. Most of those cells were located in caudal DR and rather more in the midline area than in the lateral area. It was also observed that there were HRP single_labeled cells and SOM single-labeled cells in the DR. These cells were distributed among the double-labeled cells. The results indicated that there were SOM-like immunoreactive positive cells in DR and they projected to the CPU.
