| 摘 要： | 目的:对剖宫产术后体位及活动指导进行改良,探讨其对术后膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法:将2007年3月～2009年3月在硬膜外麻醉剖宫产产妇256例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用术后新体位及运动程序,对照组采用传统术后护理体位和活动方法。结果:观察组留置尿管时间、第一次排尿时间、尿路症状明显低于其对照组(P0.01);观察组膀胱感知功能、排尿功能恢复优于对照组(0.01P0.05);观察组产妇舒适度明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:改进剖宫产术后体位,通过主动的护理干预缩短了留置尿管时间,减少并发症及增加病人舒适感。
