摘    要:目的:验证ITP病证结合动物模型的可行性.方法:应用免疫法造模,依造模时间不同分3组,检测各组的血小板计数、骨髓巨核细胞分类、病理及中医证候的变化.结果:模型1组,血小板在低水平维持72h恢复正常,模型2、3组,血小板在低水平维持48h即恢复正常,造模小鼠具有气虚血瘀证表现.结论:不加任何干预方法建立病证结合模型具有一定的可行性.

Abstract:Objective:To test and verify the feasibility of animal model with ITP which can integrate disease and syndrome in TCM.Methods:Mouse model of ITP was established by immunization and classified 3 model groups according to the difference of duration.We determined the blood platelet counts,classify of the megakaryocyte in bone marrow,the change of pathology and syndrome in TCM of each group after experiment.Results:The blood platelet count maintained low level for 72 hours after we stopped injecting APS in model 1 group.However,the blood platelet count maintained low level for 48 hours after we stopped injecting APS in model 2 and model 3 groups.The mouse model has syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in TCM.Conclusions:The model animal which established withou any intervenient methods and integrated disease and syndrome in TCM has its feasibility.
