摘    要:目的分析该次大学毕业生集体食物中毒事故的原因。方法采用流行病学调查、临床诊断和实验室检验结果相结合的方法。结果认为是—起因食用被副溶血性弧菌污染的食物而引起的食物中毒。结论对校园内的饮食单位必须加强卫生管理。对校园内的大型餐饮任务更要加强监督,控制超负荷生产经营,以保障消费者的健康。

Abstract:Objective To find out the source of collective food poisoning occurred in the university graduates. Methods Epidemiology investigation, clinical diagnosis and laboratory analysis were performed to investigate the source of food poisoning. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus contaminated food was the source of food poisoning. Conclusion The hygienic management of the restaurants and dining-room, especiully the supervision of the large-scale food and beverage service of the university must be strengthened, and it should avoid overloading the production line to ensure the hygiene and quality of the food.
