| 摘 要： | IgA肾病(IgAN)是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其发病机制目前仍不明确,为此人们设计或发现了许多IgAN动物模型,用以揭示、验证IgA肾病的发病机制。近年来IgAN的动物模型研究有了长足发展,出现了许多新的模型子宫球蛋白缺陷模型、FcαRI(CD89)转基因小鼠模型、(NewZealandWhite×C57BL/6)F1-bcl-2转基因小鼠模型、HIGA小鼠模型、仙台病毒感染模型等。本文将就这些新进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | IgA Nephropathy(IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulopathy,but its pathogenesy is still unclear.So people designed or found many IgAN animal models to reveal and verify the pathogenesy of IgAN.For the past few years,with the development of research about animal model,we have many new medels such as Uteroglobin defected model,FcαRI(CD89) transgenic mice model,(New Zealand White×C57BL/6)F1-bcl-2 transgenic mice model,HGA mice modl,Sendai Virus infected model and so on.This article will review these novel progress. |
