电刺激盆底肌结合主动训练治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后排尿功能障碍

摘    要:目的:探讨电刺激结合盆底肌训练对脊髓损伤后排尿功能障碍的影响。方法:不完全性脊髓损伤患者8例,治疗时将刺激电极置于患者直肠内,刺激频率20Hz,每次治疗30min;同时配合盆底肌主动训练,每次收缩和放松各5s,反复10遍为1次,休息3~5min,连续2次。治疗前和治疗结束后,记录24h排尿次数、溢尿次数、单次排尿量、残余尿量、对日常生活的影响及尿动力学检查。结果:连续治疗2个月后,8例患者排尿功能均有不同程度改善,单次排尿量及最大尿流率增加,残余尿减少,对日常生活的影响减小。结论:电刺激结合盆底肌主动训练可改善不完全性脊髓损伤患者的排尿功能,提高日常生活的质量。
