摘    要:目的 :对几种不同疾病的临床活检标本中基底膜的改变进行超微结构观察。方法 :活检材料分别取自肾脏、肌肉、睾丸和乳腺。病种包括原发性和继发性肾脏疾病、肌营养不良、男性不育症和肿瘤。透射电镜观察。结果 :基底膜改变可分为 4大类 :①基底膜增厚 ;②基底膜内致密的免疫复合物沉积 ;③基底膜局部缺损 ,呈虫蚀样 ;④复层基底膜和网状基底膜。基底膜增厚见于多种疾病 ,致密物沉积和虫蚀样改变主要在肾脏疾病 ,复层基底膜主要出现在肌组织毛细血管和肾小球 ,网状基底膜见于曲细精管。结论 :本文研究的几种疾病均可出现基底膜改变 ,其改变类型及状况似与疾病程度有一定关系

Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrastructurc alterations of the basement membrance in clinincal biopsy specimens of several diseases. Methods: The specimens were taken from the kindeny, striated muscle, testie and breast. The diseases, included primary and secondarary renal diseases, acyesis, muscular dystrophy, and cancer and also were examed with the electron microscopy. Results: The morphological alterations of the basement membrane could be classified as follows: (1) thickening of basement membrane; (2) deposition of immune complexes in the basement membrane; (3) local injury at the basement membrane as insect eroding; and (4) reduplication and reticulation. The thickening of the basement membrane was a common appearance, presented in many diseases. The dense deposite in the basement membrance and local thawing only appeared in the muscular and renal specimens, and the reticulation was in testie biopsy specimens. Conclusion: The alterations of the basement membtrance probably are related to the course of disease.
