| 摘 要： | 目的:分析进展期胃癌的CT表现,提高CT对进展期胃癌的认识。方法:搜集近两年来我院经手术及病理证实的45例进展期胃癌,对其CT表现作回顾性分析,讨论其CT表现特点。结果:45例进展期胃癌中其CT的影像学特点表现为胃壁增厚、软组织肿块、溃疡、环堤、胃腔狭窄、腹腔内淋巴结转移等、其中BorrmannⅠ型(蕈伞型癌)5例(11%)、BorrmannⅡ型(局限溃疡型癌)8例(18%)、BorrmannⅢ型(浸润溃疡型癌)17例(38%)、BorrmannⅣ型(浸润型癌)15例(33%)。结论:CT能很好显示进展期胃癌特征,并能明确诊断,能清晰显示胃癌向周围组织侵犯及腹腔内转移情况,对临床治疗有指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the recognition of advanced gastric carcinoma by analyzing the CT manifestations of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods The CT images of 45 patients about advanced gastric carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology in our hospital during these two years were studied retrospectively,and discuss the features of CT signs.Results Of 45 advanced gastric carcinoma,gastric wall thickening,mass,ulcer,central embankment,stomach cavity is narrow,lymphnode metastasis in the stomach cavity and so on.... |
