颞下窝的显微解剖与手术学意义

目的对颞下窝进行显微解剖并分析其手术学意义,为相关手术入路和影像学研究提供显微解剖学资料。方法利用8具经福尔马林固定的成人头颅湿标本和5具成人头颅干标本,在显微镜下对颞下窝及其周围的骨性结构、神经和血管进行解剖,从多角度进行观察和拍照记录,对解剖结果进行详细描述。结果颞下窝是由骨性结构包围的颅外间隙,位于中颅窝下方,并与上颌窦、翼腭窝、咽旁间隙等区域毗邻并交通;颞下窝内的主要结构包括翼内肌、翼外肌、下颌神经和上颌动脉及其分支以及翼丛静脉;以上结构的位置和走行具有一定的规律。结论精细的显微解剖操作和观察有助于全面掌握颞下窝的解剖知识,从而指导相关颅底外科的显微手术。

Microsurgical Anatomy and Operative Significances of the Infratemporal Fossa
