HPLC法同时测定益胃口服液中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量

目的建立益胃口服液中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil ODS-1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙睛-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为21∶79)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷在7~140 mg.L-1内,橙皮苷在6~120 mg.L-1内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9995。方法平均回收率分别为98.5%(RSD=0.67%)和98.7%(RSD=1.1%)。结论HPLC法可用于同时测定益胃口服液中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量,并可作为益胃口服液质量控制方法之一。

Simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Yiwei oral solution by HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Yiwei(traditional Chinese medicines) oral solution.Methods The analysis was carried out with a Kromasil ODS-1(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(21:79).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 7140 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6) and 6-120 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5) for paeonifloin and hesperidin respectively,the average recoveries were 98.5%(RSD=0.67%) and 98.7%(RSD=1.1%) for paeoniflorin and hesperidin respectively.Conclusions This method is convenient,accurate and reproducible for determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Yiwei oral solution.
