| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者早期血清补体成分3(C3)表达及其对病情及预后的影响。方法检测90例ACI患者血清C3含量,根据C3值,分为C3正常组(A组)和C3升高组(B组)。入院及治疗14d时以美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价神经功能缺损程度,Barthel指数(BI)评定日常生活能力;治疗90d时用改良Rankin评分(MRS)评定神经功能恢复情况。结果NIHSS评分A组低于B组(P<0.05),BI评分A组高于B组(P<0.01)。治疗后第90天时A组MRS良好预后的患者比例显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论血浆C3与ACI的严重程度及预后有关,ACI患者应常规检测血浆C3水平。
