摘    要:目的为保障洁净车间工作人员的身体健康,对日照市14家不同行业的洁净车间进行卫生学调查,针对存在问题,制定有效预防控制措施。方法以洁净车间为测试组,空调非洁净车间为阳性对照,室外环境大气为阴性对照。进行微小气候和卫生指标检测并对结果进行比较分析。结果洁净车间的湿度波动(38%~69.9%)和霉菌总数大于非洁净检测点,空气中负离子均值低于室外空气(P<0.01),与普通空调车间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论洁净车间的温度、湿度是引起工作人员身体健康危害的主要原因,某些病原微生物的存在应引起高度重视。

Abstract:[Objective] To protect the physical health of the workers in the clean workshops,find hygienic problems and establish preventive countermeasures.[Methods] Clean workshops were taken as the test group,air-conditioned non-clean workshops were taken as the positive control group and the outdoor air was taken as the negative control group;detection was made on the microclimate and hygienic indexes;comparison and analysis were made on the Results.[Results] The humidity(38%~69.9%) and total mould counting of the clean workshops were higher than that of the non-clean group;the mean value of the negative ion in the clean workshops was lower than that of the outdoor air(P<0.01),however showed no significant difference with that of the common(air-conditioned) workshops(P>0.05).[Conclusion] The temperature and humidity of the clean workshops are the major reasons for the physical damages of the workers;great emphasis should be put on the pathogens.
